I have big dreams. I dream of a world where our children not only survive, but thrive. A world where our children are treated with the respect they deserve and learn to respect others in return. A world where our children are safe in their homes, schools and communities. A world where our children are nurtured and loved. A world where our children are mentored and challenged to grow up to be the best they can be. A world where our children are happy.

The Boys & Girls Club of East Scarborough plays a vital role in the lives of the children in our community. In the face of the troubled economy, the needs of these children have reached an all time high and continue to grow. Our community has been identified as a “high risk” neighbourhood and there are more children than ever whose basic needs are not being met. For some children, the Boys & Girls Club of East Scarborough is a home away from home, for others it is home. 

The Boys & Girls Club of East Scarborough remains more committed than ever to improving the lives of the children in our community. The building expansion will serve as the foundation to meet their ever growing needs. However, our plans for the future will not be possible without the financial support of individuals and businesses in our community. Times are tough for everyone, but these children are our future and they need our help. 

Your support will represent an investment in a better world and a step towards making my dreams come true. And the best part of my dreams coming true is that the dreams of countless children will come true along the way.
