Special Children's Activities
- Rainbow Fun - This program is a physical activity program designed specifically for pre-schoolers. It runs for about 20 minutes, the staff will take you and your children through a series of activities from warm up to vigorous actions to warm down. All are welcome, please look for the posting about the program.
- Celebrations - We try to celebrate any special days for all cultures. If there is a special day that your culture celebrates and we have not listed it in our monthly calendar, please let the staff know and we will incorporate your special day in our programming.
- Birthdays - Birthdays are a special time for children. We include all children on the birthday poster posted in the Centre. With the parents' permission, we are happy to incorporate your child's birthday into our daily programming. Please remind us when your child's birthday is coming up.
Other Services Offered
- Computer Program - Free computer classes on Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Introduction to basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel 2000, Internet, e-mail and formatting documents. Workshops on resume writing and job search are also a part of this program.
- Parent and Caregiver Workshops - Regular workshops are held on various topics. Child care is available to allow adults to attend these workshops, The workshops are always informative and educational to both parents and caregivers.
- Growing Healthy Together - This is a Pre/Postnatal program that is being offered through Growing Healthy Together Prenatal Program in conjunction with Public Health, local hospitals and other partners. This is a FREE program offered on Wednesdays from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Professional staff are available to provide information, referral, education and support. Registration is required, please call (416) 284-8131 ext. 4341 for more info.
The Corvette Early Years Centre operates from 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Yearly Membership - $5.00 (September - August) in addition to a daily fee of

Noteable:
- Each person must fill out a registration form, one form per family
- Please pay your fees at the time of registration
- No one person shall have more than 5 children to care for by themselves at any time
- Each adult is responsible for the child/children that accompany him/her at all times
