This pre-employment training program is for youth 13-16 years of age.

The nine week summer program combines training with experience to prepare the individual for employment.

• Develop and explore different leadership styles.
• Learn program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Explore issues affecting youth.
• Learn techniques that will enable youth to deal with pressure.
• Develop life long skills in job search techniques and interview skills
  
  The fee for this program includes all trips, training and a one week leadership camp.
