Well everyone it is that time of year again. The above picture signifies the two ways people react when Christmas pops up around the corner. “OH my gosh, noooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!” – This is what I usually classify as the usually holiday Grinch. They are not only saying to NO! to Home Alone 1&2 they are saying noooo! to mall madness, people who start playing Christmas music the second Halloween is over (-…me.-) To cute little holiday activities, to decorations, movies. This is how I vision these people.
And then there are people like me…..who are holiday crazy and wake up like this every single day leading up too the holidays. Who start getting into the spirit the second the first leaf falls from any given tree the day after summer has called it quits.
In this blog, I wanted to share some fun things, everything from crafts, gift ideas, and favourite Holiday movies! Hope you enjoy, and this brings a little excitement to everyone who celebrates!
D.I.Y. for life!
The holidays can be a stressful time, in terms of money, which I think is a shame. Sometimes the best kind of gifts can be ones that were made from hand, or hold great memories. There should not be such an expectation to get the newest and brand name things. I get that this is what the modern view of holidays has become, but it doesn’t make it the right way. This year, I decided to take an old school heart filled approach and found these really great, low cost, or not cost way of giving the best kind of gifts!
